At CDIDACUS SAFARIS, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to our clients while allowing us to manage logistics and commitments effectively.

1. General Policy

  • All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to info@cdidacusafrica.com and acknowledged by our team to be considered valid.

  • The cancellation is considered effective from the date we confirm receipt of your request.

2. Cancellation Timeframes & Conditions

3–5 days before the scheduled date❌ No refund – however, the full amount can be used as credit for a future trip of the same nature, within 12 months.

3. Rebooking Option

  • If you cancel 3 to 5 days before your scheduled trip, we’ll provide a travel credit equal to the amount paid.

  • This credit:

    • Must be used within 12 months from the date of issue.

    • Can be used for a trip of similar value and nature (e.g., game drive for game drive, beach trip for beach trip).

    • Is non-transferable and non-refundable.

4. Special Circumstances

  • In case of medical emergencies, travel bans, or natural disasters, kindly contact our office with official documentation. Each case will be handled on a case-by-case basis with possible flexibility.

5. Important Notes

  • Refunds are processed within 7–14 working days of confirmation.

  • Bookings made through agents or third-party platforms may follow their individual cancellation policies.

  • CDIDACUS SAFARIS reserves the right to deduct transactional or third-party fees incurred during the refund process.
