2. Bookings & Payments
All bookings must be made through our official contact channels.
A deposit (as specified per package) is required to confirm your reservation.
Full payment is required before the date of travel unless agreed otherwise.
Merchandise is paid after delivery via our official Mpesa Till Number.
CDIDACUS SAFARIS reserves the right to cancel bookings for unpaid or partially paid services.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made 7 days before the travel date qualify for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 3–6 days will be refunded 50%.
Cancellations less than 72 hours in advance are non-refundable.
Refunds for merchandise are only allowed for defective or incorrect items and must be reported within 3 days of delivery.
4. Travel Requirements
All travelers must carry valid identification or travel documents.
International guests must comply with Kenyan immigration and health regulations.
CDIDACUS SAFARIS is not responsible for delays due to visa issues or immigration challenges.
5. Health & Safety
All safaris and excursions are conducted under the guidance of trained and certified professionals.
We prioritize the safety of our clients, but travelers participate at their own risk.
It is the client’s responsibility to inform us of any medical or physical conditions in advance.
6. Merchandise Use
CDIDACUS SAFARIS is not liable for misuse or damage caused by improper use of merchandise.
Use adventure gear as instructed during hikes, safaris, or team-building events.
7. Liability Disclaimer
While we ensure top-notch service, CDIDACUS SAFARIS shall not be liable for:
Loss of personal belongings
Natural disasters or force majeure
Injuries sustained during travel (unless due to our negligence)
8. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including images, branding, and text, is the intellectual property of CDIDACUS SAFARIS and may not be used without permission.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes will be handled under Kenyan jurisdiction.
